The company operates a 1,000-square-meter professional testing center equipped with imported acoustic testing equipment, environmental simulation chambers, and precision instruments to ensure each silence pod meets strict factory standards.
Quality control begins at the raw material stage. All purchased acoustic materials must pass incoming inspections, including density tests of soundproofing cotton, strength tests of metal panels, and verification of environmental indicators. The production process implements quality inspection systems, with 12 quality checkpoints established at key stations including metal processing, acoustic encapsulation, and electrical installation, employing a combination of first-article inspection, inspection, and last-article inspection.
Acoustic performance testing is the core of quality control. Each silence pod undergoes sound transmission loss (STC) testing in standard acoustic laboratories to ensure it meets the 21-45dB sound insulation standard. Simultaneously, background noise testing ensures the internal noise value remains below 35dB(A). Additionally, 23 specialized tests are conducted including speech intelligibility testing, vibration testing, and air tightness detection.
Environmental reliability testing is equally rigorous. Products must undergo 72-hour endurance tests in environmental simulation chambers ranging from -10℃ to 50℃, as well as environmental adaptability tests including humidity and salt spray tests. For smart functions, each device undergoes 72-hour continuous operation testing to ensure electrical safety and system stability.
The company has established a comprehensive quality traceability system where each product has a unique identification tag recording data from raw materials through the entire production process. The quality team conducts monthly quality data analysis for continuous process improvement.
